Pastor Angela Elliott Blue was born on March 20, 1968 in Harnett County. At the age of five, her family relocated to Fayetteville, NC. She attended Cumberland County schools where she graduated in 1986. She serves as the Senior Pastor of Anderson Creek Christian Center under the auspices of her Bishop, Founders and parents, Bishop Purdie and Elder Ida Elliott.

Pastor Blue completed her undergraduate studies in Sociology and Criminal Justice at Shaw University in Raleigh, North Carolina and graduated Cum Laude in 1996. She was employed in the field of Education and Case Management for over 12 years and she is presently the Chief Operating Officer of Anderson Creek Church Child Development Center.

Pastor Blue is an anointed preacher and teacher. Her unique style of ministering has captivated audiences and made many draw closer to the Lord. She understands that we preach not ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord. Through venues such as marriage seminars, women, youth, single’s and leadership conferences, Pastor Blue is committed to winning souls for Christ so that marriages are restored, families are healed, singles are delivered and church leadership is functioning at the level God would desire. She has been commissioned by God to build Kingdom People for a Kingdom Purpose.

Pastor Blue is a life-long member of Anderson Creek Christian Center. She credits much of her spiritual success to her parents because of the teaching she received at a young age. She gave her life to Christ and received the gift of the Holy Ghost over 23 years ago and has been spreading the good news of Jesus Christ ever since. Pastor Blue was called by God to preach the gospel in 1998. Out of her love and commitment to God, her strongest desire at that moment was to make her call and elect sure. She spent the next three years praying, studying the word, receiving education in ministry and spending time with her Pastors. Realizing that she had been chosen by God and receiving the blessing of her Pastors, she preached her first sermon in January 2001. Pastor Blue was installed as Pastor in January 2012 and she received the mantle of Senior Pastor in January 2015, “Stepping Into Her Divine Assignment”.

Pastor Blue was married to the late Elder Mark Blue and they have two beautiful children, Marcus and Ebony, who both serve in the ministry.
